Welcome to US and World History! The goal of these classes is to have students think critically about the world around them and how the past shapes the future. My US History classes cover from Pre-Colonization through Current Events in the United States, while my World classes cover from Pre-History to Current through a global perspective.
I am originally from Chicago, Illinois and am a huge sports fan! Baseball (Go Cubbies!) is my favorite sport with basketball and football being close seconds. I graduated with my Bachelors in Secondary Education - History from Arizona State University. I have a Masters degree in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University and am currently working toward a second Masters in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Literacy from Arizona State University. I have three cats and a dog, who I love dearly. In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my family, going on road trips, and watching movies!
